Is this only for event companies?
No. The event is open to contractors, artists, agencies, HR companies, and private clients involved in event sourcing or delivery.
How does the Event Maze work?
Speed-networking format with 20 tables — buyers stay seated while suppliers rotate every 3 minutes, meeting all 100 event buyers (agencies, corporate/HR, private clients, venues, PR/media) by the end of the session.
Can I participate without a booth?
Yes. You can join via Event Maze access or Stage Performing tier and still get strong exposure and direct meetings.
What language is used at the event?
English is the primary working language across registration, networking rounds, and stage sessions.
What happens after the event?
You receive electronic catalogue with all participants contacts so conversations continue toward real deals.
